DICK AND LYNNE CHENEY, MIND CONTROL QUESTIONS, UNION PACIFIC, LOCKHEED AND THE AXP STOCK FUND.

In her speech introducing her husband to the Republican Convention on Wednesday night, Lynne V. Cheney revealed possibly more than she should have about Richard B. Cheney. "Some of Dick's fondest childhood memories," she effused, "were spent riding up and down the railroad with his grandfather, who was a cook for the Union Pacific Railroad." The statement was made, apparently, to show that Dick does not consider cooking to be unmanly, and that he has no aversion to engaging in it himself. But what it actually did was confirm the suspicion that Cheney's ties to the Harriman's UPRR go very far back.

Most likely the grandfather was given by his employers the "opportunity" to have the young Cheney tested, and when it was discovered that he had above-average IQ scores, he was taken into the mind manipulation program which has become known as Monarch. The families of the programming victims were led to believe that their children would emerge from this special attention as more successful members of the business world.

For some reason Dick Cheney's father moved the family to Casper, Wyoming, where Dick went to high school and graduated with Lynne, his wife of 36 years. Casper is not a large city, but it was both a stop along the UP railroad and the site of a Standard Oil of Indiana (Amoco) refinery--now a superfund site. Amoco's history dovetails with the history of Magnolia Petroleum, which was based in Dallas and became Socony/Mobil. Both were Rockefeller affiliates. The location of Union Pacific RR employees' clubs is depicted on a map located at http://employees.www.uprr.com/upec/locations/index.shtml .
This map shows an interesting network of local groups operating with a common interest. There are four clubs in southern Wyoming and five locations in Nebraska.

It would be interesting to learn Lynne Cheney's maiden name and find out what her father did for a living back in Casper--around 1958-59. It's possible that Lynne was also in a program like Monarch. At any rate, she is now sitting on the boards of several elite corporations of her own--Union Pacific Resources, based in Fort Worth (same building where Richard Rainwater's offices are located) and Lockheed Martin.

NOTES FROM THE WATERFRONT
Organized crime + the USA = ?

THE OLD GAMBONINI MINE OF MARIN COUNTY AND THE CIA.

The old Gambonini Mine is a relic of a quick-silver mine in Marin County was once an asset of Buttes Gas & Oil (Buttes) which re-activated mining during the late 1970s at least through its term in bankruptcy.

The Gambonini Mine is located in Marin County, upstream of a creek that drains into Tomales Bay near Inverness and then into the Pacific. Because the mine is a  quicksilver, i.e. mercury mine, it is the source of the mercury poisoning which one can suffer from consuming shellfish from that area. The Gambonini Mine was operated by Buttes via a lease from the family which continues to own the land. Buttes built a dam to hold water seeping from the mine which was damaged from storms in 1982, causing toxics to run down and continue to leach down into the stream.

In 1992, the mine was "kicked out" to Reunion Industries, and the company was fined millions of dollars as a result of toxic spills. Waste from the mine was carried by rains to a nearby creek that eventually led to Tomales Bay where the once-thriving oyster and shellfish businesses found naught but disaster-- oysters were unfit for human consumption and the bay itself was dying off. A true ecological nightmare emerged.

Do we thank former CIA operative Kermit Roosevelt for his attention to details? He was chairman of the Board of Buttes Gas & Oil while the operations poisoned the bay.

The company got off with a small fine of $128,000, not because of Kermit's political influence, rather because the state knew it couldn't recover the monies from the bankrupt corporation. Ultimately, the Super Fund administered by the Department of Energy came to bat, and has been working aggressively to clean up the area and reverse the problem.

Let this be a reminder to those who would either contract or reactivate "zealots" like Kermit Roosevelt, deceased, (God rest his soul) for intelligence operations during such "thorny" periods as Iran-Contra. Eventually the public will find out the truth, just as the truth emerged about the old Gambonini Mine.  When immunities are granted, among the least trustworthy are the CIA, other intelligence operatives, and their hired gun mob friends (the people who give them "access" to smuggling networks and help them launder money).

A very important report on the CIA operation to overthrow the elected government of Iran in 1953 was summarized last April in "The New York Times." Of note: Kermit Roosevelt was advised the operation had been called off. He alone chose to ignore calling Washington, D.C. as instructed to accept the order. Instead he hid out another four hours, all the while carrying the operation forward, in disobedience of an order he chose not to hear.

The report also notes that bribes were paid, money was tossed about without accountability, and the entire affair was a free-for-all that came to characterize successive CIA covert operations.

The "loose goose" practices and style of an old master like Kermit Roosevelt spilled over to the NSA under Ollie North during Iran-Contra. It's as though Ollie, Iran-Contra's "operations point man," had learned his techniques at the knee of the "old master" Kermit himself.
